CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to support our Treasurer in managing funding activities across our National Group of Companies. This pivotal role will support the administration and oversight of funding contracts, coordinate debt facility transactions, and develop financial models that inform strategic investment decisions. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our financial operations align with our mission to eliminate housing poverty. As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will:Support execution of new debt/funding arrangements, including condition precedent management and project bank account setupManage debt/capital funding drawdowns by proactively identifying funding needs across the organisationPrepare and coordinate financial reporting obligations under funding agreements, including covenant testingDevelop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support project evaluation and investment decisionsAdminister surplus liquid fund investmentsIdentify and implement process and system improvementsProvide additional support to the Treasury team as required About YouYou are a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for financial excellence. The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to support our Treasurer in managing funding activities across our National Group of Companies. This pivotal role will support the administration and oversight of funding contracts, coordinate debt facility transactions, and develop financial models that inform strategic investment decisions. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our financial operations align with our mission to eliminate housing poverty. 

As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will:

  • Support execution of new debt/funding arrangements, including condition precedent management and project bank account setup
  • Manage debt/capital funding drawdowns by proactively identifying funding needs across the organisation
  • Prepare and coordinate financial reporting obligations under funding agreements, including covenant testing
  • Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support project evaluation and investment decisions
  • Administer surplus liquid fund investments
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements
  • Provide additional support to the Treasury team as required

You’ll also bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field
